Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cipher-Data 201279-001N parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cmr-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Broad-Ocean parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Clearpoint product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cmr-Controls such as the 231A0000P0300M12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T1004260201345 manufactured by Broad-Ocean and we are pleased to be able to service most Broad-Ocean systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MV200016 by Manufacturer Clearpoint as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Clippard Brand SDD2011M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognex such as CCB84901200105 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMR50S00 by Cognex and CCB84901200105 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AT200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cleveland.
